We are a family of 3 (husband 51 yo daughter 11 yo and me 46 yo)and would like to visit new places every year. We have a vacation condo at Villas Club del Sol at El Cid Golf Course in Mazatlan. Weather in Mazatlan is warm, humid and tropical for 8 months of year. The complex surrounds a free-form pool with a shallow area for wading or sunbathing; the condo is semi secluded but has nice green tropical areas; it's also just a few blocks away from a major supermarket (Soriana) where you can do your grocery shopping or take the bus or a wild Pulmonia ride (taxi) to other parts of Mazatlan. Beach, Golden zone and restaurants are at 30 minute walk from the condo through the golf Course. This is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 1st floor in a quiet corner of the pool area. It has a Queen-size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen, private laundry room and a roofed terrace with table and chairs. Furniture is modern. Car may be necessary but public buses and taxis are inexpensive. This is a second home. Non simultaneous ok because we live in Arizona. For 2012 we are Looking for a home exchange in either Australia, Indonesia or Malasia.
